A: All sales are final. However, if your item is defective you have 7 days after you received the item to exchange it for repair or an identical item. If the item has been damaged due to improper use or installation, there will be no exchange. Remember, always have a professional install your items. In addition, you are responsible to know if your item fits your car or application. Don't worry, we have rigorously tested each and every item making sure it is a quality product. A: It keeps costs lower, and we pass the savings on to you.

Q: How long is shipping?

A: On average, most people receive their products within 5-10 business days. We will email you a tracking number when your product goes out.

Q: Will I get a discount if I buy multiple products?

A: Yes, depending on the product. Usually the more you buy the cheaper per unit price. Contact us about which items you are interested it.

Q: Is there a warranty on any of the products?

A: Yes, depending on the product. If the item is defective you have 7 days to return it to us for repair or an identical item. After 7 days you must contact the manufacturer of the item for repair or replacement.

On average, warranties are good for 1 year, but do not cover improper use or installation. Finally, your item may qualify for a 3 year extended warranty through squaretrade.com. We definitely recommend buying this extra coverage.

Q: I want to re-sell your products, will you ship directly to my customers?

A: Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. A lot of our customers re-sell our items for profit, and are actually doing quite well at it. Just let us know where you want it to go, and we will send it there. But remember, be aware of the exchange policies. Your customers need to make sure items fit their particular applications.

Q: I Don't have a paypal account, do you take other forms of payment?

A: Although paypal is our preferred method of payment, we can almost always accommodate anyone. Please contact us with your requirements.

Q: Will you ship outside of the US?

A: Yes, however due to increased shipping costs additional fees will apply. Contact us with your information for a quote.

Q: Why is this stuff so cheap, is it low quality?

A: Just like you, we were sick of paying name brand companies outrageous prices for decent car audio. Consequently, we have traveled the world looking for high quality alternatives at a lower price. Many of our products are even made in the same factory as the top brands with identical parts. However, since there is no marketing, and no middleman markups the price is significantly lower. Also, before we sell any product it goes through a rigorous 30 day testing process. Be rest assured, you are getting very high quality products.
